I am a scientist at Empa, the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology, and I am supported by an Empa Young Scientist Fellowship. I develop data-driven, machine-learning workflows that bridge operando electrochemistry and time-resolved spectroscopy with high-throughput experimentation. I focus on materials for clean-energy conversion and storage into valuable chemicals, and on understanding and controlling how chemical and structural disorder shape reactivity.
Previously, I was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Global Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto and the Catalonia Institute for Energy Research in Barcelona (2024), after completing my PhD at Imperial College London (2021). I studied Physical Chemistry at the University of Barcelona (BSc, 2015) and at Uppsala University (MSc, 2017).
